is a private joint stock company duly organized
under the Law of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
pursuant to the Water & Electricity Law as a
wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Power
Corporation which is wholly owned by the Abu
Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA)
and registered in the Commercial Register under
No. 39156 dated 25.11.1998.
