ADWEC is a multi national company.

Whenever a position is required, we advertise through the internet / newspaper etc. Once applications from multiple sources are received, they are screened and suitability for a job is assessed based on experience & qualification.

Candidates are then short-listed for an interview, however some of the applications may remain in our database for future use. In the interview, they will be tested and the most suitable candidate will be selected for the position.

ADWEC's current workforce (end 2009) stands at 44 staff members from 18 different nationalities.
