The key roles for the Finanace and Administration Department are as follows:

• Settle all payments due to the licensed Producers and fuel suppliers.
• Invoice the DISCOs on the basis of the BST.
• Invoice outside Emirate customers for supplying water and electricity.
• Ensure Central Settlement System functionality in operation.
• Prepare ADWEC accounts in line with ADWEA Group financial policies.
• Prepare annual Financial Statements.
• Ensure effective finance and audit processes.
• Provide HR and administrative services to ADWEC.
